Would exposure of the Lombard case hurt Obama’s pet cause of homosexual adoption?
Where’s the media frenzy? Duke University official Frank Lombard is accused of raping his adopted 5-year-old son and attempting to induce someone to cross state lines to engage in sex with the boy. The same media and Duke professors who were all over the bogus 2006 Duke lacrosse “rape” case are not interested in this horrifying homosexual adoption-rape story.

It makes my stomach turn, that there is unrelentless focusing on Frank Lombard's sexuality and supposed political view. A homosexual does not make a pedophile anymore than a heterosexual does- and THAT is a fact. A pedophile is one who preys on children, and often they do not see what they're doing as wrong, yet they do know that it is not acceptable in the society in which they live. Studies have proven time and time again, that no amount of rehabilitation can "fix" the perpetrators of these crimes. Prisons fill and overfill and pedophiles are hurriedly pushed out the door, mind you, no better now then when they first came in. It is due time, that we as a people, as concerned citizens- and as CONCERNED PARENTS, demand that stricter laws be set in place for these criminals. I am tired of hearing about repeating offenders ruining child's life after child's life. A "2 STRIKES YOUR OUT" I think would suffice. For Frank Lombard, however, I view as a special case. We know for fact that he will never get better- and think- just stop and think- how this little boy has been damaged. For circumstances such as these, I believe that the death penalty is in order.
Just as a concerned reader, I have a lot of questions about this case. Where is the little boy? Was he removed from this home? How about his sibling? I hope to heaven that the authorities have taken these little kids from that home until they figure out the scope of this crime. That is the typical procedure if a girl is abused by a dad-figure in a hetero household.
How about this eco-community this family lived in. Has some commune features, did he care for other kids? were other parents potentially involved. This guy was involved with some kind of Sunday school or something in the church that put him into contact with kids. Is the church being investigated.
If there were ANY MSM reporters covering this case, all the edicts in the world from Duke or the church or community couldn't keep people from talking. Just too darn many folks involved. This story should be leaking like a sieve.
I think the clear answer is that no one in the MSM wants to touch this story with a 10-foot pole. You don't win any awards or get promoted for writing a 10-part story about gay racial equality activists raping their little black adopted boys. Now, if it was a conservative foundation that promoted adoption and placed children in Christian evangelical homes and the kid was abused by a straight methodist deacon, the NYT would 'flood the zone,' as they like to say. I haven't seen this guy's name so much as mentioned in that paper.
The "queen" mentality, the "gay" manner of those in support of homosexuality is laden with superficiality, effeminancy among men and masculinity among women; posing and opportunistic. Are there relatively sane persons who are active homosexuals? Yes. I have known a few. But most, in my experience, are arrested emotionally, sexually, socially, morally, philosophically, spiritually, intellectually. Though many succeed extraordinarily in some fields of endeavor, the bottom line of their contributions is most often in support of a ruinous social and cultural order. There is a fundamental lack of love in those who have given themselves over to the vice of homosexuality. What they call love is finally the satisfaction of their lusts. Some choose a way of melodrama and exploits for their arcane satisfaction the operatic note of tragedy in their lives, giving themselves over to this homosexual cause or that homosexual cause. This to them passes as life from Stonewall to the AIDS Quilt. As for the current article, we see in the responses examples of the above critique. Read for example the flame by dobsonsux.
The Peter has a prurient interest in every little detail of shit like this. BTW, he is blaming the "liberal" media which is what the scum bag does. The only person to blame for this is Frank Lombard. If he did what he is accused of, it is not because he is gay but because he is a sick fuck.
The Peter demonizes gay people 24x7. That's also what the scum bag does. He wants people to believe that Lombard is typical of gay people and that gay adoption is a bad idea. Research contradicts him on both counts. The scum bag isn't interested in facts.

I guess that wouldn't qualify him as an "Evangelical Christian," since it's an Episcopal church, but nonetheless, the church angle is being supressed too, because even the most liberal gay-loving church in America feels a need to distance itself from this loathsome creature.
The point isn't that Frank Lombard is gay. The point is that if Frank Lombard was an Evangelical Christian and a conservative Republican, the news media would have made this the lead story on every news broadcast for six months, and his religious and political affiliation would have been mentioned a dozen times during each segment. But because he's a liberal homosexual, the news media is doing it's best to bury the story.
Another Lombard expert. I don't know if the guy is gay or not. If he is gay, that doesn't mean that that he is a liberal. About 30% of gays voted for McCain/Palin.My understanding is that after the last go-around, the University is keeping a very tight lid on this. No interviews and an edict to everyone else not to talk to the press.
Now. assuming that he is gay, it is irrelevant unless someone is interested in advancing an agenda. The FBI has said that there is no correlation between sex crime and sexual orientation. I haven't seen the media refer to people who are arrested by their race in the last 20 years either.
The reason that right wing Evangelicals are often selected for ridicule in situations like this is because of the hypocrisy. When someone tries to compare Mark Sanford to Elliot Spitzer, for example, my reaction is that Spitzer never ran for office on the holier than thou platform.
Not to get into this fight, but you haven't seen media refer to people who are arrested by their race in the last 20 years? You don't read the news much, I guess. Just to list one of the more recent ones, appropriate because of its location, is the Duke Lacrosse rape hoax, where the race of the supposed rapists WAS the story. Just about anytime a white is accused of commiting a crime against a black the race is a huge part of the story. And when the alleged victim is a homosexual, and the accused is not, sexuality is a big focus of the stories.
People who have an interest in this case have gathered quite a bit of official documents that prove pretty conclusively that he is indeed a gay liberal Democrat. And you're right, there is no correlation between sex crimes and sexual orientation. There is, however, a very definite correlation between sexual and political orientation, and media coverage. Which is what this conversation is about.

There is no "homosexual factor." As for the Duke faculty, maybe they learned something about jumping to judgment. Maybe we should dredge up all those stories about fundiegelicals raping, beating and abusing children. Oh, wait, they are the holier than thou "traditional values" crowd. They take their raping orders from God so it doesn't count.
